• AI-generated analysis and summaries of company earnings calls
• Sentiment scoring and trend identification
• Transcripts and audio playback of earnings calls
• Watchlist and alert features
• Sector and company research tools

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

• Free: Full access to AI summaries, transcripts, audio, and 5 watchlist slots
• Pro (₹1,999/year): Email alerts, PDF downloads, unlimited watchlist, auto-watchlist rules
• Inner Circle (by application): Direct access to Vicky, live sessions, private community (limited to 50 members)

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through our payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided. Past performance indicators and AI-generated scores are not predictive of future results.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of The Stock Filter — including text, graphics, logos, AI models, and software — are owned by The Stock Filter and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Resell or redistribute our analysis commercially
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
