We want you to be completely satisfied with The Stock Filter. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our subscription plans.
1. Subscription Cancellation
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access to paid features until the period ends
- Your account reverts to the Free tier after the period ends
- Your watchlist and data are preserved (you can re-subscribe anytime)

Click on your profile and select "Account" or go to /account

In the subscription section, click the cancel button and confirm

3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Within 7 days of first subscription: Full refund if you're not satisfied with the service
- Technical issues: If we fail to deliver the service due to technical problems on our end
- Duplicate charges: Accidental double billing will be refunded immediately
- Unauthorized charges: If your account was charged without authorization
Non-Refundable: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable after the 7-day period. We encourage you to make full use of the current billing period before canceling.
3.2 Inner Circle Refunds
Inner Circle memberships have a stricter policy due to the limited availability (50 members max):
- 7-day refund window applies
- No pro-rata refunds after 7 days
- Spot becomes available to waitlist upon cancellation
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at mail@thevickyroy.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Reason for refund request
- Transaction ID (if available)
We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- Bank processing: Your bank may take additional 5-10 days to reflect the refund
6. Plan Changes
6.1 Upgrading
When you upgrade to a higher tier:
- You get immediate access to new features
- You're charged the prorated difference for the remaining billing period
- Future billing reflects the new plan price
6.2 Downgrading
When you downgrade to a lower tier:
- The change takes effect at the next billing cycle
- You retain current tier access until then
- No partial refunds for unused time on higher tier
7. Founding Member Pricing
If you subscribed as a founding member with locked pricing:
- Your special pricing is preserved if you remain subscribed
- If you cancel and later re-subscribe, standard pricing applies
- Refund eligibility follows the same rules as regular subscriptions
8. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a partial refund if I cancel mid-month?
No, we don't offer pro-rata refunds. Your subscription remains active until the end of your billing period, so you can continue using the service.
What happens to my watchlist if I cancel?
Your watchlist is preserved. If you re-subscribe later, all your data will be there. However, the watchlist limit of your new tier will apply.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Currently, we don't offer pause functionality. You can cancel and re-subscribe when ready.
I was charged twice. What do I do?
Email us immediately at mail@thevickyroy.com with your transaction details. Duplicate charges are refunded within 24-48 hours.
